The Friday Five is back! And this time around there should be a little something for everyone. Here’s your rundown on what’s hot this week on the Hype Machine.

Julian Casablancas – 11th Dimension
I’ve not been totally sold on any of the Julian Casablancas tracks I’ve heard of late, but this one has got me thinking again, its probably the blinder of a chorus that does it for me.

Daft Punk – Face To Face (Night Drugs Rework)
I’m going to stick my neck out here and say that this rework of Daft Punk’s “Face to Face” is better than the original.

Chromeo – Night By Night
It looks like the kings of electro sleaze pop have a new song out, and its all over the hype machine, gonna be big!

Wax Tailor – B-Boy on Wax
I cant claim to know much about Wax Tailor, but this track has a really nice beat to it.

Amanda Blank – Might Like You Better (Anto Remix)
This one has me thinking of Ratatat, lovely lo-fi electro sound mixed with the great vocals of Amanda Blank – this one’s a winner.
